Shiatsu (Tsubo massage) or pressure point massage
It is an excellent way to improve muscle health without invasive interventions. It is characterised by stressing the body's biologically active points (tsubo) with unparalleled results. The total number of points on the human body reaches 700, and each of them is responsible for a particular organ. The body's total number of these points constitute the meridians through which the vital energy of Qi is conducted. The massage technique is simple: apply gentle pressure to the nerve endings with the fingers and improve the condition of muscles in the face and body. By applying pressure to the tsubo point, it tenses the muscles, toning them and eradicating wrinkles.

Japanese acupressure facial exercises have a number of positive effects:
• improvement of blood circulation;
• smoothing of wrinkles;
• relief of puffiness;
• improvement of the skin colour;
• improving firmness and elasticity.

The combination of all five techniques gives unbeatable results from the 1st treatment and long-lasting effects.
